Quick Overview
Dr. Manu Rajput, BAMS, is an Ayurvedic Sexologist and Male Sexual Health Specialist. He is Managing Director and Chief Ayurvedic Consultant at Sidri International Skin Hair & Sexology Clinic, New Delhi.
He leads every patient consultation personally. Each case begins with his own detailed history-taking and clinical assessment — Rog Pariksha — which sets the direction the rest of treatment follows.
Dr. Manu Rajput holds a BAMS from J D Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, CSJM University, Kanpur. He is registered with the Delhi Bharatiya Chikitsa Parishad, Reg. No. DBCP/A/7694, and has worked exclusively in male sexual health for 15+ years.
Sidri International Skin Hair & Sexology Clinic is a specialised Ayurvedic male sexual health clinic in New Delhi. Dr. Manu Rajput runs it alongside Dr. Kanu Rajput, BAMS, Managing Director and Chief Ayurvedic Medicine Formulator, treating men across Delhi, the rest of India, and overseas.
Who Is Dr. Manu Rajput?
In Dr. Manu Rajput’s experience treating men across India for sexual health concerns, the single biggest barrier to recovery is not the condition itself. It is the years a man spends too embarrassed to ask a real question.
He built Sidri International’s online-first model to remove that barrier. A man in Patna or Pune gets the same direct, doctor-led attention as a man who can walk into the Janakpuri clinic.
As Managing Director and Chief Ayurvedic Consultant, Dr. Manu Rajput is the lead diagnostician at Sidri International. Every case starts with him — there are no assistants, juniors, or chatbots handling the medical conversation.
He takes the complete history, reviews any photos or videos a condition requires, and sets the clinical direction. Dr. Kanu Rajput then translates that direction into a personalised formulation.
Erectile & Ejaculatory
Erectile Dysfunction Treatment
Erectile dysfunction (Klaibya) is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for satisfying sex. It is rarely one single problem.
Dr. Manu Rajput’s first task in every erectile dysfunction consultation is working out which pattern is driving it — psychological anxiety, depleted vitality, an anatomical cause like phimosis, or age-related decline. The Sushruta Samhita describes six classical sub-types of Klaibya: psychological, tissue-depleted, seminal-deficient, structural, congenital, and urge-suppression.
A man whose erection fails specifically from foreskin pain needs a different plan from a man whose erection fails only with a new partner. Online consultation helps here — a man can describe exactly what happens at home, privately, without the performance pressure of a clinic visit.
Outcomes vary by case, by category of erectile dysfunction present, and by individual response.
Premature Ejaculation Treatment
Premature ejaculation (Shighra Skhalana) means ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like, consistently and with distress. Charaka Samhita classifies it into four patterns: hyperactive and nervous-system-driven, heat-and-urgency, slow-build-then-sudden-release, and psychological performance pressure.
Anatomical contributors matter too. A tight foreskin or short frenulum can leave the glans chronically oversensitive, so normal stimulation triggers an early response — which is why Dr. Manu Rajput asks about foreskin tightness in every premature ejaculation consultation.
Timing and pattern self-documentation is something a man can do honestly and privately at home. That record is often more clinically useful than what a short clinic visit can capture.
Porn-Induced Erectile Dysfunction (PIED) Treatment
Porn-induced erectile dysfunction describes erections that work reliably with pornographic content but fail or weaken with a real partner. Classical Ayurveda frames this as Ativyavaya Klaibya with a Manasika Klaibya overlay.
Dr. Manu Rajput approaches PIED without judgement. Shame is usually the biggest obstacle to a man raising it at all, so the consultation opens with reassurance, not assessment.
Level 2 — the detailed assessment and evaluation pathway — is usually the better fit, because understanding arousal differences and conditioning history needs more depth than one short call gives. A first Level 1 conversation remains a legitimate starting point for a man who wants to talk before committing further. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Performance Anxiety Treatment
Performance anxiety is the fear of failure that itself causes failure — a man becomes so focused on whether he will perform that the anxiety response blocks the arousal he needs. Classical texts describe this as Manasika Klaibya, with an overthinking pattern and a withdrawal pattern as its two common faces.
Dr. Manu Rajput treats this as a genuine clinical entity, not a character flaw, and opens every performance anxiety consultation with that reassurance before discussing cost or consultation level.
Mild, recent-onset cases often resolve with a single Level 1 consultation. Longer-standing patterns — especially where phimosis is also present — usually benefit from the deeper Level 2 evaluation.
Post-Orgasmic Illness Syndrome (POIS) Treatment
Post-Orgasmic Illness Syndrome causes flu-like symptoms — fatigue, brain fog, irritability — within minutes to hours after ejaculation. Men with it are frequently told for years that nothing is medically wrong.
POIS is not named in classical Ayurvedic texts. Dr. Manu Rajput frames the underlying pattern using the Shukra Kshayaja (seminal-tissue depletion) and Ojas Kshaya (depleted vitality) framework instead of inventing a false classical equivalence.
The leading research explanation involves a cytokine immune response, with a secondary opioid-withdrawal-type component, and the condition is still not fully characterised in modern medicine. The first thing Dr. Manu Rajput offers a POIS patient is validation that the symptoms are real and physiological. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Foreskin & Glans
Phimosis Treatment
Phimosis (Niruddha Prakasha) means the foreskin cannot retract fully, and it falls into three categories. Childhood phimosis is normal development and usually resolves on its own. Adult-persisting physiological phimosis — tissue that has simply never separated, with no scarring — is one of Sidri International’s core treatment categories. Pathological phimosis is caused by recurring infection and the inflammation-scarring cycle it triggers.
Dr. Manu Rajput uses the Kikiros classification, assessed in the erect state, rather than the more common four-grade Meuli system. Kikiros separates a man who can retract with mild tightness from one whose retraction genuinely fails — a distinction that changes the phimosis treatment plan.
The treatment itself is called foreskin remodelling, and it is a dual-element, inseparable combination. Dr. Manu Rajput, BAMS conducts in-person phimosis procedure sessions every Sunday at Sidri International Skin Hair & Sexology Clinic. Dr. Kanu Rajput, BAMS formulates a customised Ayurvedic cream and ointment used during each session. Neither the sessions alone nor the formulation alone delivers the outcome — the two work as an equal and inseparable combination, branded as Sidri’s Manual Tissue Expansion Therapy.
This home care formulation is part of the procedure-based treatment plan. It is not a standalone product and is not prescribed for mild phimosis cases that have been advised self home care.
Sidri International does not perform circumcision, preputioplasty, frenuloplasty, or dorsal slit. The foreskin contains dense nerve concentrations that contribute to sexual sensation, which is the clinical reason this approach is built around preserving the tissue.
Outcomes depend on the grade and category of phimosis present and individual tissue response. This is never framed as a guaranteed cure.
Paraphimosis Treatment
Paraphimosis is what happens when a retracted foreskin gets stuck behind the glans and cannot return. The trapped ring blocks blood flow, and in untreated cases of two to three or more days with advanced signs — a dusky, blue, or purple glans, or complete inability to reduce the foreskin — tissue damage becomes a real risk.
This is genuinely time-sensitive, but not automatically a circumcision emergency. Dr. Manu Rajput’s process starts with an urgent Level 1 online consultation: clear photos of the trapped ring and swelling, reviewed by both doctors together before the call.
Where complications or advanced signs are already present, immediate emergency care in the patient’s own city is the right step — stated plainly, not after a delay. Where the case is uncomplicated, the man travels to Janakpuri for manual reduction, supported by a rapid-acting Ayurvedic anti-inflammatory application from Dr. Kanu Rajput.
The plan agreed during consultation is the plan followed during treatment. forward link — activate on pillar publish — see also
Balanitis, Balanoposthitis & Candidal Infections
This cluster is where Sidri International’s precise clinical positioning is strongest. These are search terms most competing clinics don’t write about in this depth.
Balanitis Treatment
Balanitis is inflammation of the glans — redness, swelling, soreness, sometimes discharge or odour. It is one of five classical Upadamsha presentations in the Sushruta Samhita, distinguished by whether the picture is dry, hot and discharging, itchy and swollen, mixed, or bleeding.
Causes Dr. Manu Rajput screens for include Candida overgrowth, poor hygiene, uncontrolled blood sugar, certain medications, irritant soaps, and phimosis trapping moisture. Phimosis significantly raises balanitis risk, and recurrent infection can itself narrow the foreskin further.
Because balanitis is visible, Level 1 photo assessment is usually sufficient. Close-up photos in natural light let Dr. Manu Rajput judge severity accurately, and follow-up photos let him track whether treatment is working.
A yeast or candidal infection on its own is not automatically a sign of a sexually transmitted infection — that confusion causes a lot of unnecessary anxiety. forward link — activate on pillar publish — combined page live
Balanoposthitis Treatment
Balanoposthitis is balanitis with foreskin involvement. The foreskin’s warm, moist microenvironment makes Candida colonisation more persistent and recurrence more common than balanitis alone.
Every cause described above applies. Phimosis significantly raises the risk, and recurring episodes can themselves cause enough scarring to narrow the foreskin further — a cascade Dr. Manu Rajput watches for specifically.
Level 1 photo assessment remains the correct starting point.
Balanitis & Balanoposthitis Treatment
Patients searching for balanitis and balanoposthitis together are usually trying to work out which one they have. In practice, Dr. Manu Rajput treats them as one inflammatory spectrum that differs only in whether the foreskin is involved.
What changes the plan is chronicity. A first, mild episode is usually managed with a starter prescription-based plan, while a case that keeps recurring is where Dr. Kanu Rajput’s Customised Ayurvedic Medicines are more often appropriate, after proper evaluation.
Candidal Balanitis Treatment
Candidal balanitis is balanitis where Candida overgrowth is the primary driver. The clinical insight Dr. Manu Rajput leads with is biofilm: a standard antifungal cream can clear the active surface yeast cells while leaving the underlying biofilm intact — which is exactly why men report “the cream worked, then it came back three weeks later.”
Treating the constitutional terrain, not just the visible flare, is what Sidri International’s assessment is built around. Recurrent candidal balanitis can also be an early signal of undiagnosed diabetes, so a blood sugar check is standard for any recurring case. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Candidal Balanoposthitis Treatment
Candidal balanoposthitis combines candidal balanitis with the persistence the foreskin’s microenvironment adds. In diabetic patients, high urinary glucose can drive a cascade — recurrent infection, ongoing inflammation, and progressive scarring into pathological phimosis.
Dr. Manu Rajput manages this on two tracks: controlling the active infection, and coordinating blood sugar awareness, because recurrence risk stays high if glucose control doesn’t improve.
For severe, chronic, or recurring cases, Dr. Kanu Rajput’s Customised Ayurvedic Medicines — formulated without steroids, hormonal additions, or synthetic performance boosters — are typically considered. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Candidiasis Treatment
Candidiasis is the umbrella clinical term for a Candida (yeast) infection of the penis, and most men arrive at Sidri International’s candidiasis page already worried it might be something else — an STI, an allergic reaction, or a sign something is seriously wrong.
Dr. Manu Rajput’s role in the first consultation is mostly that distinction: separating a straightforward yeast overgrowth from contact irritation, a bacterial infection, or an STI that needs a different pathway entirely. The same photo-driven Level 1 assessment used for balanitis and candidal balanoposthitis applies here.
A diagnosis of candidiasis is not, on its own, evidence of a sexually transmitted infection — a distinction Dr. Manu Rajput states directly, because the anxiety around that question is often worse than the infection itself.
Penis Yeast Infection Treatment
Many men searching “penis yeast infection” don’t yet know the clinical name for what they’re describing — candidal balanitis. Dr. Manu Rajput’s consultations validate the patient’s own language first, before introducing the clinical term.
The condition, causes, and Level 1 photo-driven assessment are identical to candidal balanitis above. Recurrence is the pattern that turns a simple, prescription-based plan into a candidate for Customised Medicines.
Penile Yeast Infection Treatment
Penile yeast infection is the same clinical entity as penis yeast infection and candidal balanitis above. Itching, redness, burning, and a white coating are the usual presentation, with recurrence as the central concern most men are trying to solve.
Dr. Manu Rajput’s diagnostic approach and treatment logic are identical to the entries above.
Libido, Desire & Related
Low Libido Treatment
Low libido means a persistent drop in sexual desire. Dr. Manu Rajput’s first move is working out whether this is hormonal, psychological, lifestyle-driven, or a combination — because the answer changes the plan completely.
A man’s biggest anxiety with low libido is usually not the symptom but the uncertainty about whether it signals something seriously wrong. The consultation is structured to answer that directly. Both Level 1 and Level 2 are genuine starting points, depending on how many factors are suspected together.
Dhat Syndrome Treatment
Dhat Syndrome (Dhatu Kshaya) is a recognised pattern of fatigue, weakness, and anxiety that a man attributes to semen loss — through nightfall, urine, or masturbation. Classical texts describe dietary, lifestyle, and psychological sub-types.
Dhat Syndrome was formally recognised in the DSM-5 in 2013 as a culture-bound syndrome — decades after Ayurveda had already developed a structured framework for it.
Dr. Manu Rajput’s central message, before any treatment is discussed, is that the anxiety is real and the cause is the anxiety itself, not actual physical depletion. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Nightfall Treatment
Nightfall (Swapnadosha) is involuntary semen discharge during sleep. The first thing Dr. Manu Rajput establishes is whether it is physiological — normal and needing no treatment — or a pathological or anxiety-driven pattern.
Many Level 1 nightfall consultations conclude with education and reassurance rather than a prescription. Dr. Manu Rajput is upfront that this is a legitimate, common outcome, not a wasted consultation.
Unconsummated Marriage Treatment
Unconsummated marriage means a couple has been unable to complete intercourse, and it is one of the more quietly carried problems Dr. Manu Rajput sees. Several pathways can be involved at once: undiagnosed phimosis, performance anxiety with a new partner, or premature ejaculation before penetration.
Because more than one factor frequently co-presents, Level 2 is usually the better fit. A first Level 1 conversation remains appropriate for a couple who wants to talk before committing to that depth.
The consultation always opens with validation, before any cost is discussed. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Pre-Marital Sexual Health Assessment & Treatment (If Required)
A pre-marital sexual health assessment is a proactive evaluation for men approaching marriage who want to address concerns — phimosis, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, general readiness — before they become a source of stress.
This is built around an Ayurvedic Prakriti baseline and a Manas Dosha evaluation, alongside screening for the conditions that most commonly disrupt a new marriage. Given the time pressure many men face, Level 2 is usually the more comprehensive option, though Level 1 remains appropriate for a straightforward check. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Male Fertility
Male Infertility Treatment
Male infertility means a couple has been unable to conceive where male-factor causes are suspected. Dr. Manu Rajput’s assessment goes beyond a single semen report.
Classical Ayurveda describes eight types of seminal abnormality — frothy, thin and watery, dry, discoloured, foul-smelling, clumped, hyperviscous, and deficient in quantity. Where a varicocele is confirmed, urology referral is the first step, with Ayurvedic constitutional support running alongside it.
The table below shows the WHO 2021 semen reference values, the current global clinical standard, which Dr. Manu Rajput uses as a baseline alongside the constitutional assessment for male infertility.
Semen Parameter | WHO 2021 Lower Reference Limit |
Sperm concentration | 16 million/mL |
Total sperm count | 39 million per ejaculate |
Progressive motility | 30% |
Total motility | 42% |
Morphology (normal forms) | 4% (Kruger strict criteria) |
Volume | 1.4 mL |
pH | 7.2 or above |
Standard semen analysis does not measure DNA fragmentation, a factor that can affect outcomes even when every standard parameter looks normal. Outcomes depend on the duration and cause of the deficiency and individual case response.
Low Sperm Count Treatment
Low sperm count is usually discovered through a semen report rather than symptoms. It shares its underlying framework — Shukra Kshaya, seminal-tissue depletion — and the WHO 2021 table above with male infertility.
For an isolated first presentation, Level 1 is often sufficient. Where the count is chronic or co-presents with other concerns, Level 2’s structured approach captures contributing factors a normal-range report can miss.
Infections & Urinary
Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) Treatment
For any suspected STD, proper diagnosis and primary treatment must happen under conventional medical supervision, with correct tests and standard antimicrobial medicines. This is stated plainly at the start of every STD consultation.
What Dr. Manu Rajput offers is a structured photo-and-history Level 1 evaluation, and — once conventional treatment is underway — Ayurvedic constitutional support aimed at recurrence susceptibility. It is never offered as a substitute for antimicrobial treatment.
Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) Treatment
STIs cover the same clinical territory as STDs above, with the same framework in full. Conventional treatment is the required first response; constitutional support follows once that treatment is underway.
Many STIs present with no symptoms at all, which is why testing — not just symptom-watching — is the message Dr. Manu Rajput leads with.
Genital Warts Treatment
Genital warts are caused by HPV, and the virus’s ability to suppress local immune signalling is part of why warts can persist or recur after removal. Classical Ayurveda frames externally-caused growths like this under Agantuja Vyadhi.
Genital warts must always be examined directly, never diagnosed from photos alone. In suitable, well-selected cases, Sidri International uses Agni Karma — a targeted cauterisation procedure performed in-clinic by Dr. Manu Rajput using an antiviral herbal cautery agent from Dr. Kanu Rajput. forward link — activate on pillar publish — see also
Gonorrhoea Treatment
Gonorrhoea is a serious bacterial infection requiring urgent evaluation and antibiotic treatment from a qualified doctor as the primary response. Dr. Manu Rajput states this without qualification before any consultation discussion.
Once primary treatment is underway, supportive Ayurvedic care addressing urinary discomfort and tissue recovery can be added, alongside continued medical follow-up. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Chlamydia Treatment
Chlamydia also requires urgent diagnosis and the correct antibiotic course as primary treatment, and it frequently causes no symptoms at all — the education point Dr. Manu Rajput leads with.
After standard treatment, tailored Ayurvedic support can assist with lingering symptoms and tissue healing, run alongside ongoing medical follow-up. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
HIV Doubt Counseling
HIV doubt counselling is counselling and risk-assessment guidance, never Ayurvedic treatment for HIV itself — a distinction Dr. Manu Rajput states explicitly at the start of every such consultation.
For any known or suspected exposure within 72 hours, starting PEP through conventional emergency care immediately is the priority. Where the issue is anxiety after a lower-risk exposure, Dr. Manu Rajput helps a man understand actual risk and which tests to take, when.
Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections Treatment
Recurrent urinary tract infections — repeated burning urination and lower abdominal discomfort that keeps coming back — point Dr. Manu Rajput toward the underlying immune terrain, not just the current flare.
Constitutional Ayurvedic management focuses on the Pitta-driven inflammatory pattern that allows infections to recur even after antibiotics have cleared the active episode, run alongside any conventional testing the case requires. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) Treatment
Lower urinary tract symptoms — a weak stream, urgency, frequency, incomplete emptying — are usually downstream of a process that started earlier. Dr. Manu Rajput’s assessment differentiates obstructive, irritative, and infectious patterns before suggesting any plan.
Where symptoms point to complete urinary retention, urgent conventional care comes first; Sidri International addresses the functional component once acute obstruction is ruled out. Both Level 1 and Level 2 are genuine options. [forward link — activate on pillar publish]
How Dr. Manu Approaches Treatment
Every patient eventually asks some version of the same question: how does an online consultation lead to a real treatment plan? The honest answer is that the clinical work happens before any medicine is discussed — in the diagnosis itself.
This mirrors the first pillar of the Charaka Samhita’s Chikitsa Chatushpada — the physician’s own knowledge and experience is treated as the most decisive factor in outcome, ahead of the medicine itself.
The Four Pillars of Classical Medicine — Mapped to Dr. Manu Rajput’s Practice
Acharya Charaka’s Chikitsa Chatushpada, set out in the Charaka Samhita, Sutrasthana Chapter 9, describes four elements that must come together for treatment to work. Every man who consults Dr. Manu Rajput at Sidri International Skin Hair & Sexology Clinic encounters all four.
Pillar 1 — The Physician (Vaidya)
Acharya Charaka holds the physician as the most decisive factor in any treatment outcome, ahead of the medicine itself. The physician’s four qualities are depth of theoretical knowledge, breadth of practical experience, skill and diligence in clinical work, and purity of conduct.
Dr. Manu Rajput brings all four into every consultation. He holds a BAMS from J D Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, CSJM University, Kanpur, with 15+ years working exclusively in male sexual health. Every consultation draws on a narrow, deep knowledge base rather than a broad, shallow one.
As lead diagnostician at Sidri International, he takes the complete history, reviews any photos or videos the condition requires, and sets the clinical direction the rest of treatment follows. There are no assistants or juniors managing the medical conversation at any stage.
Pillar 2 — The Medicine (Dravya)
Acharya Charaka’s second pillar is the medicine itself. It must meet four standards: available, suited to the specific case, capable of preparation in the form the case requires, and genuinely high in quality.
In practice, this is Dr. Kanu Rajput’s domain — preparing Customised Ayurvedic Medicines in-house, matched to the clinical direction Dr. Manu Rajput sets for each individual case. No standard product meets all four criteria for every patient. Individually formulated medicines, not off-the-shelf preparations, sit at the centre of Sidri International’s treatment model.
Every formulation Dr. Kanu Rajput prepares follows a fixed safety standard: no steroids, no testosterone or hormonal additions, and no synthetic performance boosters or allopathic adulterants. The preparation is matched to the person, not dispensed to everyone with the same diagnosis.
Pillar 3 — The Care Environment (Upasthata)
The third pillar is the care environment: knowledge of care, dexterity, devotion to the patient, and purity. At Sidri International this means no handoffs between consultations. The same doctor who takes a man’s history is the one who explains the results, follows up, and notices when something is not working.
For a condition category where men routinely report feeling dismissed or rushed, this continuity of attention is itself a clinical tool. A man who trusts the conversation gives more accurate history. More accurate history leads to better differentiation of the underlying pattern, which leads to a more targeted plan.
The online-first model reinforces this. A man can describe exactly what is happening at home, privately, without the performance pressure of a clinic visit — and that honest functional account is often more diagnostically useful than a rushed in-person consultation could be.
Pillar 4 — The Patient (Rogi)
Acharya Charaka’s fourth pillar is the patient: his recall of his own history, the courage to describe the condition clearly, and his consistency in following the plan. This is not blame for anything that goes wrong. It is an honest acknowledgement that outcomes depend on both sides of the consultation.
Dr. Manu Rajput’s consultation structure is built to make all of this easier. A structured Patient Information Form before the call means less history is forgotten. A private WhatsApp channel means a man can be specific without embarrassment.
Outcomes vary by case and by individual response — and by how consistently a man stays with the plan rather than stopping at the first sign of improvement. Acharya Charaka treated the patient’s own engagement as the fourth clinical resource, equal in importance to the physician, the medicine, and the care environment. Dr. Manu Rajput’s approach is built around the same principle.
The Unified Healing Entity — Sharira, Atma and Manas
Sharira (the body)
Sharira is Sidri International Skin Hair & Sexology Clinic itself — the structured physical space in Janakpuri, New Delhi, where Dr. Manu Rajput’s in-clinic procedures are carried out, every Sunday for procedure sessions.
Atma (the self / direction)
Atma is Dr. Manu Rajput. He takes the full history, conducts Rog Pariksha, and sets the overall clinical direction — which consultation level fits, and what the realistic plan looks like.
In Dr. Manu Rajput’s experience treating recurring candidal balanoposthitis cases, the pattern almost always traces back to one missed factor: blood sugar that was never checked. That single question — has anyone tested your glucose? — has changed more treatment plans than any formulation has.
Manas (the mind)
Manas is Dr. Kanu Rajput, who takes the diagnosis Dr. Manu Rajput sets and prepares the precise Customised Ayurvedic Formulation that matches it. Every case follows the same sequence: Diagnosis, then Formulation, then Cure.
This is the second pillar of the Charaka Samhita’s framework: the medicine must be available, suited to the specific case, and genuinely high in quality. Dr. Kanu Rajput’s formulation work matches the preparation to the individual, not a fixed product to everyone with the same diagnosis.
How Our Consultations Work
Sidri International is online-first, with no walk-in OPD. Every consultation is handled directly by Dr. Manu Rajput on WhatsApp — there are no assistants, juniors, or chatbots managing the medical conversation.
There are two consultation levels.
- Level 1 Consultation (₹1,500) is the right starting point for a single, recent, or visible/photo-based concern — most balanitis, candidal, and infection-type presentations fit here, along with a first conversation for almost any condition.
- Level 2 — Detailed Assessment & Evaluation followed by Conclusive Consultation (₹7,000, made up of ₹5,500 for the assessment and ₹1,500 for the conclusive call) suits chronic, multi-factor, or high-stakes situations — months or years of symptoms, two or more conditions together, unconsummated marriage, pre-marital assessment, or a previous treatment attempt that hasn’t worked.
For Level 2, after payment the patient creates an individual WhatsApp group with Dr. Manu Rajput and Dr. Kanu Rajput, completes a structured written assessment, and has a Conclusive Audio Call at a mutually convenient time. That call is patient-initiated — the patient calls in within a confirmed window, keeping timing and privacy in his control.
Full fee details are on Sidri International’s pricing page, and the complete FAQ is available here.
The Treatment Pathway & Fees
After assessment, there are two treatment routes, decided together with the patient.
- Prescription-Based Medicines — Prescribed by Dr. Manu Rajput, BAMS run on a 10-10-10 day cycle: three ₹1,500 consultations across the month (₹4,500/month total), with medicines bought separately from any Ayurvedic pharmacy of the patient’s choice.
- Customised Ayurvedic Medicines — Personalised Formulations by Dr. Kanu Rajput, BAMS are individually compounded in-house, reserved for patients who have completed Level 2, with a minimum 30-day course in India and 60 days for international and NRI patients.
The balanitis, balanoposthitis, and candidal cluster is the one exception to the Level 2 requirement — both routes are available from a Level 1 photo assessment for these conditions. Every formulation Dr. Kanu Rajput prepares follows a fixed safety policy: no steroids, no testosterone or hormonal additions, and no synthetic performance boosters such as Viagra or Cialis-type drugs or other allopathic adulterants.
Pricing is fixed and shown upfront, the same for every patient regardless of city or country.
Why Patients Choose Dr. Manu Rajput
What patients tell Dr. Manu Rajput they value most is rarely the formulation itself. It’s that the same doctor who took their history is the one explaining their results, every time.
That continuity reflects the fourth pillar of the Charaka Samhita’s framework: a patient who can describe his condition clearly and stay engaged with the plan is part of what makes the outcome work.
In Dr. Manu Rajput’s experience, the men who do best are rarely the ones with the mildest condition — they are the ones who follow the plan consistently and come back for the scheduled follow-up instead of disappearing after the first sign of improvement.
On Practo, Dr. Manu Rajput has been recommended by 622 patients — a figure reflecting fifteen years of consultations handled personally. Dr. Manu Rajput has personally assessed and treated 25,000+ men exclusively for male sexual health through structured online assessments and diagnostic consultations.
Outcomes vary by case and by individual response. The structure behind every case stays the same: one doctor leading diagnosis, one doctor leading formulation, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

How severe does a condition need to be before I should consult Dr. Manu Rajput?
There’s no minimum threshold. A recent, single, mild concern is as legitimate a reason for a Level 1 consultation as a chronic, multi-factor case is for Level 2.
What treatment does Dr. Manu Rajput actually prescribe?
Depending on the case, treatment is either Prescription-Based Medicines on a structured 10-day cycle, or Dr. Kanu Rajput’s individually formulated Customised Ayurvedic Medicines for patients who have completed Level 2.
Why consult Dr. Manu Rajput specifically rather than a general Ayurvedic practitioner?
Dr. Manu Rajput has worked exclusively in male sexual health for 15+ years, personally handling every consultation himself rather than delegating to assistants.
How does an online consultation with Dr. Manu Rajput work, step by step?
A man messages on WhatsApp, completes a short Patient Information Form, and Dr. Manu Rajput reviews it to determine the right consultation level. After payment, the consultation is conducted directly by him — by call for Level 1, or via the structured Level 2 written assessment followed by a patient-initiated conclusive call.
Is Dr. Manu Rajput’s Ayurvedic approach different from a typical Ayurvedic clinic?
The difference is structural: every formulation Dr. Kanu Rajput prepares is built against Dr. Manu Rajput’s diagnosis for that specific patient, follows a documented no-steroid, no-hormone safety policy, and is never sold as a generic product.
